Summary:
In order to facilitate the production of an Employment plan for the Borough, it is proposed to employ a Consultant:
A) to undertake an analysis of employers not using JobCentre Plus to identify current/future vacancy trends
B) to develop a detailed map of training providers and funders in Great Yarmouth
