Summary:
To purchase a tracker device to tackle the growing problem of cycle theft within Gt Yarmouth. The most recent 12month year on year comparison shows an increase of 19%. The underlying trend is also showing an increase. The tracker device is fitted within the cycle saddle and is tracked using a laptop computer. The enforcement campaign will be supported by a preventative programme that includes radio advertising.
