Summary:
Construction Training Specialists (CTS) will be providing three day taster sessions in construction activities with progression to full off site inductions before the commencement of work placements. We will provide support to the beneficiaries and act as liasion between all partner organisations. We will set up and manage a database to record achievements and monitor against the stated outputs. Beneficiaries will be given the opportunity to participate in accredited training programmes. (Partnership projects EC11 & EC12)
