Summary:
To fund a contribution to a multi-agency trust fund to provide damage deposit/rent in advance/insurance incentives to provide accommodation and resettlement with accredited private landlords for vulnerable groups. One of the priority groups for the trust fund will be offenders being resettled into the community who are unable to access accommodation which is both safe to them, and to the neighbouring community into which they are being settled.
