Summary:
Prevention and support manager will assess risks and implement safety planning with victims of domestic violence, who are still living with the domestic violence or who are in the process of leaving. The assessment will include provision of support for appropriate interventions to increase the safety of victims and reduce repeat victimisation through a range of interventions eg. civil legal remedies, phones for safety, alarms, sanctuary etc. The service will then refer on to appropriate provision for ongoing support (eg. Floating support, refuge provision etc).
