Summary:
This project contributes to the costs of a Borough Wide Community Development Work Team and related training programmes, and focusses on the team's work in the NRF priority areas (excluding the Neighbourhood Management Area - SSCF resourced). The team provide capacity building support to residents and community groups, facilitate community partnerships, encourage resident involvement in scrutiny and delivery of mainstream services, promote and deliver training opportunities, recruit and train Community Makers (volunteers) and support community representation into the CEN/ LSP (job description available)
