1. Central Yarmouth Priority Neighbourhood is known as Middle Layer SOA "Great Yarmouth-005"

2. It is NOT co-terminous with the new CENTRAL & NORTHGATE WARD: Lower Layer SOA 599 which is in the ward has been "added" to North Yarmouth Priority Neighbourhood (Great Yarmouth-004) in order to meet ONS criteria in respect of Population and Household numbers in the middle layer SOA's

3. The LLSOA 597(005C) forms part of the Neighbourhood Management Scheme area

4. There has been little external funding awarded to the area. The SRB Round 2 programme included only a samll part of the area around the Town Centre which was formerly part of the old Regent ward.

5. The land along the riverside forms part of the area which the Urban Regeneration Company 1st East waterfront regeration co is seeking to help regenerate
